ENTRY RULES:
All Swimmers must be a member of the YMCA they represent. Age for this meet is determined by the entrant’s age as of 12/1/2009. Swimmers may swim four (4) individual events per day and one (1) relay per day in their age division. The Friday Night 500 Freestyle is an OPEN event, but limited to those 11 and over. 6 and under swimmers may swim in the 8 & under IM and 50 free and 100 free.  ALL FRIDAY NIGHT EVENTS WILL BE DECK SEEDED AND WILL REQUIRE POSITIVE CHECK-IN.

ENTRIES:
All SPY swimmers are required to swim in this meet.  All parents are required to work.  All entries are to be completed on Direct Athletics. The entry deadline for Direct Athletics is Tuesday, November 24 at 11:59 pm.

ENTRY FEES:
$3.50 per Individual event
$3.00 per relay event/per swimmer ($12.00 total per relay)
Coaches will determine who swims in relays.

DECK ENTRIES:
Deck entries will be accepted only if open lanes are available, at the price of $6.00 per individual event and $24.00 per relay event.

MEET RULES:
The USA Swimming Technical Rules and Southwest Swim League Rules will govern the meet.

SCORING:
INDIVIDUAL EVENTS: 7-5-4-3-2-1
RELAY EVENTS: 14-10-8-6-4-2
Timed Finals for all events.

HEAT SHEETS:
Morning and Afternoon sessions will be sold separately: $5.00 for 10 & Under (includes Sat. and Sun. sessions) and $5.00 for 11 & UP (includes Sat. and Sun. sessions)

CONCESSIONS:
**The Spy Parents Club will be operating a concession stand, for your convenience featuring your favorite snacks and drinks.
**KAST-A-WAY SWIMWEAR will have a shop set up for your holiday shopping needs and wishes.

Swimmers are asked to respect the Springfield YMCA facility and to not enter unauthorized areas. Each team must provide adult supervision for its team members. Each team must provide adult supervision for its team members. Anyone found in unauthorized areas will be disqualified from the meet.
